3 Bands You HAVE to see @ Uproar Fest This Sunday In Cincinnati

Every year since 2010, The Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival has brought well known hard rock & heavy metal acts to cities across the US for a one day rock festival at each stop. Russ & Jessica from Bit O Java will be on site all day Sunday at the Cincinnati stop of the tour and will have all the buzz.

This year’s lineup for Cincinnati brings some of the nation’s hottest rock bands, including Buckcherry, Godsmack, Pop Evil, Skillet, Escape The Fate, 3 Years Hollow, Tattered and more to the Riverbend Music Center.

#1 BUCKCHERRY

STAGE: Festival Stage

Buckcherry is the band that we at BOJ are most psyched to see on Sunday. The band, which formed in 1995 in California, currently includes members Josh Todd, Keith Nelson,Stevie D.,Xavier Muriel & Kelly LeMieux. Buckcherry just formed their own label, F -Bomb and are getting ready to release a new EP, titled “Fuck”. With hits such as Lit Up, Everything, Nothing But Tears, Crazy Bitch & Sorry, Buckcherry’s set at UPROAR is sure to rock!

#2 ESCAPE THE FATE

WHEN: 5:00pm

STAGE: Festival Stage

Escape The Fate takes the Festival Stage at 5:00 Sunday. The Las Vegas based, post hardcore band just released their fourth album, Ungrateful last year. Their current lineup includes Robert Ortiz, Craig Mabbitt, TJ Bell & Kevin Gruft. The bands influences include Motley Crue, Fall Out Boy, Buckcherry, System Of A Down, Journey, Metallica & more.

#3 POP EVIL

WHEN: 7:25pm

STAGE: Rockstar Energy Drink Main Stage

Pop Evil puts on an intense set & if you haven’t yet, you need to see these guys live. The band formed in 2001 in Michigan and has released 3 albums, the most notable being Oynx, which came out last year & reached number 39 on the Billboard 200 chart. Their singles “Trenches” & “Deal With The Devil” both made #1 on the Billboard U.S. Mainstream Rock Chart in 2013.
